How
do I pay?
A:
On
custom orders I require 50% upon ordering.
Production
starts with successful deposit of
your check. I require 50% prior to
shipping. Shipping occurs upon successful deposit of your check.
Repairs
require 100% payment with your clubs. Repair
starts immediately upon successful
deposit of your
check.
Q: Can I order a different shaft than what you have on your “pricing exemplar” page?
A: Yup. Simply ask for a quote! There are just too many shafts to list all of them. The prices will, of course, be different depending on which shaft you want!

Can
I order a different head?
A:
Same
thing – ask for a quote!

Can
I order a different grip?
A:
Yup. The price will not vary
much.
Q:
Do
you make left handed clubs?
A:
Yes. However, there is simply
less of a supply available. For example,
if a right handed driver head is available in 9, 10, 11, 12 & 13
degrees,
the left handed club may only be available in 10, 11 & 12
degrees.

How
long are your quotes good for?
A:
30
days. However, if your
desired
components (head, shaft or grip) become unavailable, there is nothing
that I
can do. I do not carry an inventory –
that helps keeps costs down for you and I!
Q: How long does it take to get my set of clubs?
A: It typically takes around 3 weeks – sometimes a little quicker, some a little slower. Holidays and a vendor component backorder may delay the process – but this is infrequent and I keep you informed. You do not pay for the balance of your clubs until you receive all of your clubs!
